**What you will be doing ?**

Senior level professional individual contributor role. Generally, performs tasks with multiple Scrum teams. Consults with senior peers on non-complex teams to learn through experience. Mentors/coaches the team they are on.

**What you bring ?**
- Total 10-15 years of relevant experience in Scrum Master Role

Understanding of project lifecycle

Agile/Scrum methodologies of Project Deliver

Knowledge of Project Management Tools such as PlanView, JIRA, TFS, MS Project

Knowledge of Banking or Financial Services Industry

Relevant knowledge of Complex projects across the Countries or Regions

Stakeholder management and capability to influence

Problem solving ability with adherence to deadlines and tight timelines

Experience in Project Tracking (Project Plan Setup, Managing risk and issues, Forecasting, Reporting and Governance).

**Skills**
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development and SDLC cycle, Knowledge of mainframe development is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks like Kanban, XP, and scaling agile frameworks like SAFe, Spotify, etc.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance
- Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work
