**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on C++, covering key topics such as data types, loops, functions, object-oriented programming (OOP), memory management, file handling, algorithms, and more.
- Guide students through hands-on coding exercises and help them troubleshoot and debug their work.
- Ensure that students are proficient in key tools, such as IDEs, debuggers, and version control systems (Git).

**Support & Mentorship**:

- Provide timely feedback on students’ progress, answering queries and providing guidance outside of training sessions.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment where students can develop both technical skills and confidence.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Proven expertise** in C++ programming with a strong understanding of core concepts, including data structures, algorithms, OOP, memory management, and multithreading.
- Hands-on experience with C++ tools such as compilers, IDEs, and debuggers.
- Experience with relevant C++ libraries and frameworks (e.g., STL, Boost) is a plus.
- **Previous teaching or training experience** in programming languages, particularly C++, is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate complex programming concepts in a clear, simple, and engaging manner.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and helping students grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
