**Job Title**:Program Executive - Disability & Mental Health

**Reports To**:Sr. Program Associate (Disability & Mental Health)

**Based at**: Pune, Maharashtra with travel to the rural geography of Velhe Block, Pune District

The Foundation’s core focus area is its flagship Sustainable Landscape Management (SLM) program in which Community Disability & Mental Health is one thematic area.

**Description**:Provide end-to-end assistance to the Program Team in creating feasible and sustainable programs in the Disability & Mental Health vertical. This vertical includes a rural community mental health program and a disability and livelihood program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure comprehensive primary and secondary research for developing the program design
- Be the first level of support for the Program Manager in the end-to-end planning process and strategic design of the rural and urban programs
- Be the first level of support in conducting outreach, due diligence, and engagement with knowledge and implementation partners
- Coordinate with the field officer and be the first level of support for the Program Manager to gather data and feedback from the ground to improve program design -Assist in the smooth execution of the programs on the ground in coordination with the Field Implementation Manager
- Develop quality analytical pieces for respective projects, partners, knowledge portals, and interesting articles for external stakeholders for knowledge sharing and dissemination

**Qualification**:

- Masters (or an equivalent degree) from a reputed institution in social work, gender studies, psychology, humanities, or any related discipline

**Experience**:

- Fresher - 1 year of experience

**Capabilities**:

- Strong thematic understanding of gender and mental health
- Practical experience of working on development projects with a focus on marginalized populations
- Strong sense of conducting primary and secondary research
- Strong Systems Thinking skills
- Good collaboration skills and self-starter
- Proficient communication skills in English and Marathi (Both Verbal and Written) -Working knowledge of MS Office is essential
