**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for pre-primary students in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Plan and conduct activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Assess the developmental needs and academic progress of students regularly, maintaining detailed records of their performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times.
- Foster a love for learning and promote positive behavior and social skills.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (D.E.C.Ed) from a recognized institution.
- Desirable: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) with a focus on early childhood education.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, and patient personality.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and educational standards.
- Certification in Child First Aid and CPR is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other regional languages is an asset.

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
