We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an NCLEX RN Trainer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in preparing nursing students for success on the NCLEX-RN examination and ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills necessary for safe and competent practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive NCLEX-RN preparation programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional materials development.
- Provide individualized coaching and support to nursing students, including assessment of learning needs, remediation strategies, and test-taking skills.
- Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, clinical simulations, and review sessions to reinforce key nursing concepts and critical thinking skills.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and technology-enhanced learning platforms to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with nursing faculty, clinical preceptors, and other healthcare professionals to integrate clinical practice experiences into the curriculum.
- Evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current with developments in nursing education, NCLEX-RN exam content, and healthcare trends to inform program development and instructional practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in acute care or specialty areas.
- Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or training roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice guidelines, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in computer-based learning platforms and educational software.
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
