**Responsibilities**:
**1. Clinical Instruction**: Provide advanced clinical training and instruction to nursing students or new nurses, emphasizing evidence-based practices, critical thinking, and research.

**2. Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and enhancement of clinical training curriculum, incorporating the latest clinical research and best practices.

**3. Supervision and Mentorship**: Oversee and mentor students or new nurses during patient care activities, offering guidance for complex cases and advanced nursing procedures.

**4. Assessment and Research**: Evaluate and support the research efforts of students or new nurses. Encourage evidence-based practice and guide them in conducting clinical research.

**5. Clinical Leadership**: Demonstrate leadership in clinical settings, model best practices, and inspire students or new nurses to excel in their clinical roles.

**6. Ethical and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure rigorous adherence to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based guidelines in clinical practice.

**7. Professional Development**: Stay at the forefront of nursing research and practice, and contribute to the scholarly community through research and publications.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Nursing License**: A valid nursing license, typically an RN (Registered Nurse) or higher, is required.

**2. Educational Qualification**: A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a focus on a specific nursing discipline or clinical specialty.

**3. Clinical Expertise**: Extensive experience as a nurse, with in-depth knowledge of advanced clinical procedures, nursing research, and nursing practice within the specific discipline.
