**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Junior Naval Architect,** you will as part of a team to assist and support with duties including but not limited to surveys, design, review, calculations and analysis for various Naval Architectural elements about Offshore/Marine structures. In addition, you will:

- Prepare design analyses, concepts and details, for various fixed/floating offshore structures by international codes and standards.
- Assist with calculations for design and plan appraisal purposes.
- Assist with assessing the stability of offshore/marine structures.
- Ensure projects meet client requirements and classification rules and regulations.
- Attend regular internal meetings and external/third-party meetings as required.
- Ensure all deliverables are carried out by the company's policies and procedures.
- Participate in design reviews, audits and Naval Architectural-related reviews.
- Identify your training requirements to maintain continued professional development.
- Always comply with the company QHSE policies, manuals, procedures, work systems and regulations at ABL premises, projects and client sites.
- Conduct on / off Hire ROB survey and Bunker Quantification surveys.
- Conduct on / off Hire condition survey of Flat Top Cargo Barge.
- Undertake onshore MWS attendance for Loadout & Sail away.
- Undertake offshore MWS attendance for Installation activities.
- 50 to 60 % of the time is excepted for travel onshore & offshore attendance.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Hold a degree in **Naval Architecture, or equivalent.**:

- 2+ years of experience with offshore fixed and mobile structures
- Exposure to diverse ship types and survey procedures
- Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and naval architectural analysis
- Knowledge of classification societies and their design requirements
- Strong technical skills, analytical mindset, and operational focus
- Familiar with engineering principles and design systems
- Well-organized, self-directed, and commercially savvy
- Energetic, forward-thinking, and ethical professional
- Pragmatic, proactive, and strong in team leadership and management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
