**Qualification** : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field (preferred).
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks.
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and company policies.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee facility maintenance, security, and emergency protocols.
- Provide support for staff, including scheduling, document preparation, and event coordination.
- Coordinate events and meetings, handling room bookings and catering arrangements.
