**JOB DESCRIPTION-MSEPL/JD/05**

**Finance Controller**

**Grade: SM-4**

**Job Objective**:Overall responsible for Accounts of the Company and head the accounts team and look after daily accounts and financial matters of the Company

**Reports to: Managing Director**

**Location**:MSEPL, Corporate Office

**Roles**:To manage and lead the whole gamut of accounting functions of the Company

**Responsibilities and tasks**:
1. Head the team based out of the Corporate Office.

2. Ability to handle the entire spectrum of financial and accounting operations.

3. Ability to Forecast, Budget, Benchmarking of all expenses & expenditure of company, Plan and efficiently control the numbers. Ability to work on Projections for expansion or diversifications, whenever necessary.

4. Setting up of Internal Financial Controls for the company and ensuring the compliance for same along with Internal Auditor.

5. Ensure professional representation of the company in front of various banking, financial, CA and regulatory authorities.

6. Will represent company in Court of Law on behalf of company.

7. Ensure timely adherence to the various banking and regulatory compliances, while ensuring to protect the company’s interest always. Maintain effective and proactive communication with the management, keeping them abreast about updates relating to accounts, finance, and banking.

8. Proactively use of technology for.

a. Safeguarding the company’s assets - either physical, digital, or intellectual).

b. Ensure productive output from Finance team.

c. Effective document management.

9. Recoveries from debtors and credit control of debtors to ensure smooth cash flows of the company. He/she will be highest level of escalation in team regarding debtors. In case of delays, debit notes issued by debtors or any other related issue, will be visiting or communicating with customer as required.

10. All financial communication in Delhi on behalf of the company.

11. He will be responsible to maintain director’s personal accounts and other bank related matters.

12. Communication with Business Partners (vendors) for their payments.

13. Approving purchases as and where mandated by management.

14. Responsible for managing all Export’s related process and ensuring the adherence as per SOP.

15. Avoiding legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.

16. Weekly Reports to be monitored and scrutinized, prepared by Executive.

17. Payments to be done online from bank as and when authorized by management.

18. To monitor and ensure that all statutory compliances of the company are completed in time.

19. Any task related to finance as and when assigned by management.

20. Will control operational costs to achieve incremental PAT every month.

21. Incorporate new ideas to improve cash flows and profitability of the company.

22. Personal Accounts to be updated on Monthly basis in first week of every month.

23. Supreme Enterprises and Arihant Polyvinyl P Ltd accounting to be handled.

24. To prepare and submit all reports as mentioned below.

25. Physical Stock Audit Report (raw material + FG) - By visiting both manufacturing units from Delhi HO.

**Authorities**:
1. Take necessary steps for smooth cash flows.

2. Debtors recoveries and credit control.

3. Implement new processes to meet Statutory Compliances

**Accountabilities**:
1. All legal recoveries should be properly follow up.

2. Smooth & on time recoveries from debtors.

3. To visit and resolve any issues with debtors / creditors.

4. Co-ordinate within Departments for smooth running of financial transactions.

5. Cash flow of company should improve.

6. Cost Control

7. Timely payments of business partners.

8. Mandatory to be available on company number even on leave / absent for any urgent task.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
