**Job Title: Social Worker and Front Desk Manager**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Work**:

- Conduct assessments and interviews with children and families to identify needs, concerns, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families, focusing on holistic development and well-being.
- Provide counseling and support services to children and families facing challenges such as trauma, abuse, neglect, or developmental delays.
- Coordinate with external agencies, schools, and healthcare providers to advocate for clients' needs and access necessary resources.
- Monitor and evaluate progress regularly, adjusting interventions and services as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

2. **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and consultations efficiently, utilizing electronic calendars and scheduling software.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client information, appointments, and service delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management to support smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- State licensure or certification as a social worker (if applicable).
- Proven experience in social work, preferably in a child development or family services setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing administrative tasks.
- Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with electronic health records systems is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
