**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
- Assist in preparing and maintaining ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns (if applicable).
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for accounting-related queries.
- Assist senior accountants in audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
