KRA for Accounts Department
- To Monitor and ensure to make proper entries in the Tally software for Creditors. Monitor the collection of payments from debtors, and pass correct entries accordingly in the Tally software.
- Monitor all deposits of Daily cash Sales into the Bank and correctly tallying the same with the point of sale with the Daily Sales Report.
- Monitor of Contractual payments for the jobs executed at the hotel, and correctly ensuring all required statutory payments paid by the Contractors.
- To ensure accurate bill summaries, in that cash bills total and credit bills prove to debits on customers’ accounts. To ensure that each bill has been correctly analyzed. To ensure cash returns from each department tally with cash amounts on audit rolls.
- To balance and account for all city ledger transfers. To ensure that accurate accounting of all revenue that has been posted to guest accounts are correct.
- Monitor the Bank Reconciliation statement and credit card reconciliation.
- Control over all accounts payables and other current liabilities.
- To provide closing stock figures and physically assist with stocktaking at stipulated intervals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
