**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented **Education Counsellor** to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding students regarding educational opportunities, academic planning, and career paths, while promoting Flink Education’s counselling services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-depth career counselling to students and parents.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Guide students regarding courses, universities, and admission processes (India ).
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally.
- Follow-up with students for documentation and admission formalities.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions (online/offline).
- Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets.
- Keep updated with changing educational trends, admissions policies, and scholarship opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or education consultancy.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi proficiency a must).
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with Indian & international university admissions.
- Experience in counselling for UG, PG, MBA, or specialized programs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (optional but a plus).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Janakpuri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 1 year (required)
- Career counseling: 2 years (required)
