**Position: Wedding Invitation Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Project Execution**:

- Conceptualize and execute creative projects for each wedding, ensuring they align with Varmalla's high standards and brand guidelines.
- Transform concepts into refreshing and unique visual experiences that resonate with our clientele.

**Social Media Design**:

- Collaborate with the senior social media marketing lead to develop captivating graphics, images, and videos for various social media channels.
- Craft visually appealing content for platforms such as: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

**Brand Consistency and Optimization**:

- Ensure all social media content adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
- Adapt and optimize visuals for different social media platforms, considering best practices for each.

**Collaboration and Brainstorming**:

- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Senior Designers, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative creative concepts.

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Intermediate proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere, CorelDraw and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to create engaging graphics for various social media platforms.
- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
- Design experience/knowledge with technology brands is advantageous.
- A compelling online portfolio is a prerequisite for consideration.
- A profound passion and understanding of creative graphic design, illustration, typography, photography, layouts, social media, interactive, and presentation design.
- Proven experience in collaborating with creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign or project-based goals.
- Proficiency in handling a variety of wedding projects (invites, wedding collaterals), print and digital marketing, social media, presentations, and infographics.

**What We Offer**:
**Salary**: ₹38,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
