**Location**:You will operate from our Sales office

**Reporting**:You will be reporting to CEO/BSI Management

**Target**:20 Lac Per month Sale
- **Your Job Profile: In 1 line it is**:Responsible for Sales.
- **Detailed JD**:_
- Responsible for increasing monthly sales.
- Result oriented individual.
- Major Responsibility will be door to door Sales which is Electrical Shops and Local industries.
- High on commitment and deliverables.
- Regular field job in which minimum 12-15 meetings are expected on daily basis.
- Strong on business follow ups
- Coordinating with dispatch to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage.
- Developing and implementing plans for increasing market brand awareness, new product development and advertising.
- 6 Days External Travel for Sales in every month.
- Daily Reporting will be updated on Google sheet and mandatory to attend evening review meeting with MD.
- Your company number will working 24*7 if you are on leave but your phone will work
- Maintain documentation and records accurately
- Two year contract agreement.

**Special Clauses**:

- You’ll be entitled for 1 Paid leave per every 6 days spent on overnight tours, they can be clubbed max. 8 per quarter, can’t be taken in advance, can’t be encashed & can’t carry forward to next F.Y. except leaves earned in the month of March.
- You’ll have to strictly adhere to our Travel policy, MSAF policy & CRM reporting system.
- Maintain Discipline and decorum of company.
- You’ll have to strictly follow leave policy i.e. one day prior get permission if you want take any leave or half day leave.
- To acknowledge & reply all official communications.
- You’ll have to strictly follow the grooming & dressing guidelines provided by H.O.

**Required skills**
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- No formal education required
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of equipment handling and maintenance
