We are looking for an individual who has the zeal to learn and grow as a customer support executive.
- **Responsibilities**:
- **Core Responsibilities**:
- Handling & resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Interacting with the Order Management and Operations teams.
- **Secondary Responsibilities**:
- Raising tickets for the clients.
- Creating policies and procedures
- **Qualifications & Skills**:
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively use MS Office is a plus.
- **Work Experience**
Up to 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant role.
- **Reporting to**
Customer Service Manager
- **CTC**
1.9L to 2.2L PA
- **Joining Timeline**
Immediately in Mumbai, Head Office
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
