**Job Title: Supervisor cum Delivery and Pickup Executive**

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Supervision**: Oversee the daily operations of the dry cleaning store, ensuring smooth processing of customer orders, efficient team management, and adherence to company standards.
- **Team Coordination**: Manage and coordinate with staff to ensure operational efficiency, proper handling of laundry items, and timely completion of tasks.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Delivery & Pickup**: In emergency situations, take charge of delivery and pickup of laundry orders from customers’ locations, ensuring prompt and safe service.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and materials, report shortages, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality of laundry service meets Tumbledry’s standards, checking for any errors or discrepancies in the process.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle basic administrative tasks such as order tracking, invoicing, and reporting to senior management.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations during operations, deliveries, and pickups.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th grade education or equivalent.
- **Age**: 35 years and above.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail, operations, or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift and carry laundry items, comfortable with being on the move for pickups and deliveries.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- **Customer-Focused**: Must be courteous, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Driving License**: A valid two-wheeler driving license is required for delivery and pickup.
