BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Good knowledge of bid preparation and shall be able to make complete bid independently.
2 Should be familiar with all major e-portals and capable of uploading bids independently.
3 Good knowledge of working on GEM Portal for product listing, pairing, bid upload.
4 Good in word, excel and ppt and other online pdf tools for bid preparation
6 Submission of clarifications, pre bid queries, postponements and Attending pre-bid meetings online/offline.
7 Drafting of proposals, quotations for Government departments and Private Customers
8 Coordinate with OEM / Partners for technical bid documents, MAF, product compliance, certifications etc.
9 Preparation of costing sheet for tenders by arranging quotes from vendors, OEM, Partners etc.
10 Track on EMD/PBG and follow-ups for getting back EMD/PBG which are due for release.
11 Track on all participated tenders and responding to the post bid queries and up to financial bid opening.
12 Filing of all important communication, letters, documents in respective files.
