As an **SEO Executive**, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to websites. You will also manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all digital channels are working effectively to generate leads and conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and site traffic
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to improve SEO performance
- Monitor and report on SEO campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content
- Conduct A/B testing for both organic and paid campaigns to maximize performance
- Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm updates, and new tools
- Create detailed performance reports for both organic and paid campaigns and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to implement paid campaigns and conversion strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, or Communications)
- 3 to 4 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and optimization techniques
- Expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
