**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
Identify and prospect potential clients in the designated areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and achievements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
