**Objectives of this role**
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Tumblr and Reddit.
- Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given product line.

**Your tasks**
- Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
- Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
- Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
- Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.
- Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with some exposure to the food industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media marketing, SEO, Social Media content creation
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Hindi or additional regional languages a plus.
- Must love dessert
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
