We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Executive to join our team. As an Order Processing Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and managing incoming orders from our customers. Your main responsibilities will include verifying order information, processing transactions accurately, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify order details, such as product information, quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in our order management system.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Communicate order status and updates to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service during the order process.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, payments, or deliveries.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain organized records of all order-related transactions and documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation when necessary.
- Monitor and track order fulfillment performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to better assist customers.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of order processing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Order Processing Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for smooth coordination with different teams.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.
- High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility in handling confidential customer information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
