Social Media Marketing Associate

Role: Social media marketing for driving social engagement and brand

Experience: 0-1 year of experience in social media marketing for technology companies

Required Skills: Attractive short-form writing (e.g., tweets, posts, blog comments), basic knowledge of technology domains, and promotional writing
Job Description: FocusFew, a high-end technology marketing consulting firm based in Pune, is looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate who can drive engagement and build brand presence for its technology clients on social media platforms.

Skillset and Capabilities:

- Research on social presence and understanding the strategies of competitor companies
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn is a must
- Achieve increased social engagement, website traffic, and strategically utilizing all aspects of social media marketing
- Familiarity with keyword research and hashtag research
- Identify and monitor key market trends and industry news updates and work with the team to create organic social media campaigns
- Research on industry innovation and identifying new tools
- Basic knowledge web analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Web Trends) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus
- Basic knowledge of PPC and paid advertising campaigns will be an added advantage

Experience and Aptitude:

- Capable of driving social media marketing and building engagement for technology companies
- Diligent in meeting weekly/monthly targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
