About the Role: We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about digital marketing, and possesses both technical and creative capabilities. An engineering background is preferred to help align content with our tech driven brand

Job Location: Hinjewadi IT Park Phase 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign plans
  • Design visual content using Canva and other design tools
  • Edit photos and videos for social media using basic tools; familiarity with Adobe Suite or CorelDRAW is a plus
  • Collaborate with internal teams for content requirements and campaign planning
  • Write and edit blogs, social media captions, and technical content
  • Create professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and social media algorithms

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Experience with social media posting and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
  • Strong content development and writing skills (including technical content)
  • Basic photo and video editing skills
  • Familiarity with social media trends and platform best practices
