**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems with speed and accuracy.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and make corrections when necessary.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Assist with generating reports and extracting data as needed.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator, office clerk, or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (a typing test may be required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, or other specialized data management tools.
- Prior experience in [industry, e.g., edtech] is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
