We are looking to hire a coordinator (For Inspection & Survey Company)
- Coordinate with field staff and laboratories
- Receive reports and samples from the field and lab
- Send updates to the clients.
- Issue final certificate and invoices to client and collect the payment
- Ensure all requirements and records are maintained in the region as per company policy and applicable accreditations. Face internal and external audit in the region.
- Flexibility / Autonomy - must demonstrate ability to work on own initiative
- Customer responsiveness-respond activity, appropriately and with proper sensitivity to the needs of internal and external customers.
- Analytical thinking-approaching a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
- Planning & Organising-manager efficiently his own time in order to meet deadlines
- Learning ability-acquires information readily, retains it and relates it to job
- Information seeking-makes a systematic effort to obtain needed data or in depth investigation from formal and/or unusual sources
- Quality assurance/attention to details-accomplish tasks by considering al rears involved, not matter how shall/accurately checking processing and tasks
- Cooperation/coordinating to team success-work well as a team player. share information and ideas with others
