**Job Summary**:
The Travel Desk Assistant will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for employees and guests across PAN India. This role includes booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities. He/She will ensure that all travel-related services are provided efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies.
Office Location: Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra
- **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Travel Arrangements**:
- Plan and coordinate travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other related activities for employees and guests.
- Handle ticketing, reservation, re-issuance, group bookings, visa formalities, hotel bookings, and travel insurance.
- Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
2. **MIS Reporting**:
- Maintain and update daily travel and expense reports in Excel.
- Report travel expenses and details to seniors on a regular basis.
3. **Vendor Coordination**:
- Follow up with vendors for refunds in case of cancellations.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors and service providers.
4. **Itinerary Management**:
- Manage and communicate travel itineraries to employees in a timely manner.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are in line with the companys travel policy.
5. **Visa Processing**:
- Assist employees in completing visa formalities.
6. **Crisis Management**:
- Manage emergencies during employee travel and provide prompt solutions to any issues that arise.
7. **Office Equipment & Supplies**:
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Manage purchase requisitions and ensure that costs are appropriately managed.
- **Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in ticketing, reservations, and travel coordination.
- Strong knowledge of travel management software and online booking tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
