**Office Assistant cum Graphic Designer**

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and versatile **Office Assistant cum Graphic Designer** to manage daily office operations while also supporting our branding, marketing, and design needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and proficient in both administrative tasks and graphic design. You will be responsible for handling office duties while also producing presentations, brochures, social media content, and other marketing materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage office schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents (both physical and digital).
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing materials and workspace setups.
- Help with event planning, including workshops, internal meetings, and corporate
- **Graphic Design & Content Creation**:

- Design professional presentations, brochures, banners, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Create engaging content for internal and external communications, including social media posts and website visuals.
- Work with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to develop creative assets.
- Assist in branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all company materials.
- Edit and enhance company documents, proposals, and reports to improve visual appeal.
- Collaborate with different departments to fulfill design-related needs.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Administrative Skills**:

- Prior experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- **Graphic Design Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint**.
- Ability to design professional and visually appealing presentations, brochures, reports, and social media content.
- Experience in branding, corporate identity design, and marketing material creation.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (optional but a plus).
