We are looking for an enthusiastic and result
- driven sales executive in the Kolkata region with excellent interpersonal skills who can actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for sales development of the company’s IT-services in the region.
- Network and propose potential business deals and new opportunities to various existing and fresh businesses.
- Arranging leads and setting up meetings which may include regular calling.
- Sales target achievements
- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivity
- Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by the Management.
- Daily reporting and feedback of client calls as well as devising strategies to extend reach and improve approach.
- Keeping a track of sales.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
- Actively meet the customers daily, weekly and monthly as per need.
- Learn how product does work and how to troubleshoot the issues.
- Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.

**Qualification and skills**
- 0-3 years of experience
- Experience in sales and Business management could be helpful
- Strong sales skills, energy level, dedication
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.
- Self-driven

*There will be a commission offered with each project conversion as well, in addition to the salary.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
