Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Visit colleges and corporate institutions to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring the terms are favorable to both the company and the client.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
- Prepare reports on sales activity and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or corporate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Immediate Joiner who can Join us within 10 days

Working Conditions:

- The Field Executive will spend the majority of their time traveling to meet with clients.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets within tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
