**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Executive** to join our growing team at **Greamio Technologies**. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and converting online inquiries into successful enrollments. You will interact with potential students, provide detailed course information, and guide them through the admission process.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Lead Management & Communication**
- Handle incoming online inquiries regarding various course offerings.
- Provide complete and accurate information about programs, fees, and learning benefits.

**2. Sales Conversion & Counseling**
- Guide students in making informed enrollment decisions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication until conversion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets through effective follow-ups and counseling.

**3. Coordination & Reporting**
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed and updated records of all leads, interactions, and outcomes.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving communication strategies.

**4. Relationship Building**
- Establish positive and trustworthy relationships with prospective students.
- Address queries and concerns promptly to ensure a smooth admission experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Any graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in sales, counseling, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- **Communication**: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Sales Orientation**: Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- **Work Ethic**: Target-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

**Compensation & Incentives**
- **Base Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
- **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Bonuses**: Additional rewards and recognition for top performers.
