Credit Controller

A Credit Controller plays a crucial role in managing a company's credit risk and ensuring timely payments from customers. Here are the key responsibilities typically associated with the position:
- **Credit Assessment**: Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial information and credit reports.
- **Invoicing**: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers, following up on discrepancies and ensuring corrections are made.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payment history, and any correspondence related to collections.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Address customer queries and resolve disputes regarding invoices and payments in a professional manner.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on the status of accounts, outstanding debts, and payment trends for management review.
- **Credit Policy Implementation**: Assist in the development and enforcement of company credit policies and procedures.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and manage credit limits effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and finance teams to align credit policies with business objectives.
Pay: ₹13,698.66 - ₹43,513.45 per month
