We are India's Leading Scrap recycling and Metal Trading Company with an experience of over 4 decades. We trade in all types of Metals, including Ferrous, Non Ferrous, Ferro Alloys, Base Metals & Minor Metals. We also manufacture TMT Bars, Structure Steels, Copper Tubes & Aluminium Alloys in India. MTC Group operates across 9 locations with 18 recycling yards and 5 Manufacturing Units in India and has International presence in USA, UK, Africa, Singapore & Dubai. MTC Group is handling around 2 million Metric tons of metals annually.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate creditworthiness of new customers and recommend credit limits in line with company policy. Monitor outstanding receivables regularly and ensure timely follow-up with customers for collections. Prepare and circulate aging analysis reports (debtors aging, overdue accounts, collection efficiency). Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams to resolve disputes or deductions impacting payments. Implement and enforce credit control policies, ensuring adherence to contractual terms. Track advance payments, credit notes, and customer reconciliations. Escalate potential default risks to management in a timely manner.QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred). 3–6 years of relevant experience in credit control and SAP vendor master management.Required SkillsStrong understanding of credit control, receivables management, and financial analysis. Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/MM modules) with specific knowledge of vendor master creation and maintenance. Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and Indian statutory requirements. Strong communication skills for effective coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred SkillsPrior experience in manufacturing, trading, or recycling industry will be an added advantage. DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) / Collection Efficiency. Accuracy of vendor master records (zero errors / duplications). Timeliness of collections and credit approvals. Compliance with internal audit and statutory requirements.
