Job Summary:
As a Credit Control Executive in a logistics or courier company, you will be responsible for managing receivables and ensuring timely collections from clients. Your role is vital in maintaining cash flow, minimizing credit risk, and building strong financial relationships with B2B customers while aligning with the fast-paced nature of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with corporate clients for timely collections.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and coordinate with the billing department for any corrections.
- Perform credit assessments for new clients and recommend suitable credit limits.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to freight, courier charges, or service billing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of receivables, credit limits, and aging reports.
- Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, and sales teams to resolve billing-related issues quickly.
- Prepare regular reports for management on collection status, overdue accounts, and risk areas.
- Escalate long-outstanding or disputed accounts for legal or further recovery actions as per policy.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with company credit terms.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in credit control or receivables, preferably in logistics, courier, or freight forwarding.
- Familiarity with waybills, freight invoices, and logistics documentation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for client interaction and dispute resolution.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software like Tally.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet collection targets in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
