**Overview**:
The Graphic Designer Associate drives the realization of the business strategies by developing, driving and delivering creative excellence, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and establishing quality and service standards. He/she operates in a rapidly transforming business environment and functions through his/her understanding of consumer preferences, operational activities and industry landscape to enhance sales performance, operations and service level. He/she is a resourceful, forward-thinking leader who is able to multitask effectively and be able to inspire a large workforce.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on experience in Adobe illustrator, photoshop and after effects.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Work with growth and ops team to design creatives & micro animations.
- Research and come up with new creative design concepts & campaigns.
- Support the company initiatives aligned to your roles & responsibilities.
- Take proactive steps and informed decisions based on data and feedback.
- Be responsible for achievement of your personal and team goals and KPIs.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement with systems and processes.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Designer & Animator
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects
- Ideally living in Cochin with own mode of transport
- Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Proficient in using new design tools & technologies

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month
