**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements for each position and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
- **Onboarding**: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are prepared for their first day and have a positive start with the company.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the real estate industry or similar fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with real estate roles and terminology is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
