Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to customers via calls and chat in fluent English ensuring prompt and accurate responses.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with professionalism and efficiency including clear communication.Maintain a typing speed of 70-80 words per minute for quick responses.Document interactions and update customer records accurately.Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Pay: ₹12,911.82 - ₹26,197.70 per month
