**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to optimize financial processes.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Workday technical reports to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday HCM systems with existing business processes.
- Provide technical expertise in Workday configurations to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions that align with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday Financial Management implementations.
- Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday systems to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of Workday features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday developments and trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating and managing Workday technical reports.
- Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience in the Devices/SPM domain is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
