We are looking for an experienced **Wedding Planner** to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our clients, both for domestic and international weddings

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding.
- Plan and execute wedding events, including venue booking, décor, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of services.
- Oversee event timelines and ensure seamless coordination of all activities on the wedding day.
- Manage budgets effectively and provide cost-efficient solutions without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated on the latest wedding trends and incorporate creative ideas into planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or challenges promptly.
- Prepare detailed event plans, checklists, and reports for clients and internal teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in wedding planning or event management (**2+ years preferred International wedding experience)**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail to bring unique wedding concepts to life.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes with poise.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event planning tools/software.
