You will be working as Subject Matter Expert-Payment Centre, reporting to Delivery Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for processing accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintaining transaction documentation within area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy.
- Working on the payment report by initiating the payment in SAP using F110.
- Providing training for the new joiners on the end to end activities of the payment process and provide KPI report to the business users.
- Processing vendor payments, ensuring accurate tracking and processing. Performing necessary activities (including vendor payments) within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- .Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction. Checking invoices to verify that they comply with the fiscal and internal control requirements
- Participate in initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within Accounts Payable.
- Downloading the SAP unpaid reports, Open items reports Ageing analysis reports and assigning to the team members and look towards completion of the assigned task by the team members.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable domain
- SAP knowledge in Accounts payable and vendor payments domain is added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
