**Main responsibilities**: 1. The Instructor shall ensure that the Remote Pilot Training is conducted as per the syllabus and in compliance with the Accepted/Approved TPM.
2. To ensure UAS operations are conducted in accordance with the extant Acts, Rules, Circulars and Guidelines.
3. Shall be responsible for the conduct of the examination and testing for competency of trainee in theoretical knowledge, lab training session, simulator session, practical flying session.
4. Instructors shall notify DGCA regarding change of his/her RPTO within 7 working days
5. Should respect & protect the Intellectual proprietary rights of the organization and Confidentiality
