We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing new leads, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a competitive sales environment and enjoys building instant rapport with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer customer queries and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Maintain an updated database of current and potential customers.
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
- Keep up-to-date with product updates and competitor offerings.
- Upsell products and services where relevant.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
- Route qualified opportunities to sales managers for further development.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory (fresh graduates may apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one local language.
- Strong listening, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable interacting with customers across the Indian subcontinent, including CXO-level executives.
- Must possess a valid Indian passport.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2 - 4 years in IT products/services sales, preferably in data security or IT active networking.

**What We Offer**:

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
