**What will your job look like?**:

- Manages the team of DevOps Leads/Experts/Specialists and Developers and their activities
- Plans Non Functional Requirement for the product to be adopted and ensures the PI commitment are met.
- Serves as a technical Focal Point for the team and leads technically from the front
- Governs the entire development /implementation activities of the team and ensures that they are completed on time within budget and ensures quality deliverables
- Serves as the FP for the customers (Internal/External) and enables their deliverables are met by providing required help/details
- Investigation - Investigates issues by reviewing/debugging code and reviews changes done by other teams and suggest improvement. Highlights risks and helps mitigate risks from technical aspects.
- Analysis - Analyzes the design from Platform team. Performs impact assessment and effort estimations and contributes to Root Cause Analysis of issues and outlines corrective actions.
- Knowledge Sharing - Shares knowledge with team members and takes an active role in technical mentoring within the team and elevating the knowledge of the team.

**All you need is...**:

- **10-14 yrs of expertise in Kubernetes architecture, deploying and resource optimization for Kubernetes/OpenShift **in production environments.
- Hands on knowledge and experience on implementing complex automations in **Groovy and Python**:

- **In-depth knowledge of Git(Bitbucket preferred) **as a version control system. Awareness on implementation of GitOps
- Detailed **hands-on knowledge on implementation **, usage and troubleshooting of databases including Postgres and Couchbase
- Experience with **Kafka **as a messaging service, Jenkins and docker
- **Expert in Terraform and hands on knowledge to write Terraform code for AWS & Azure.**:

- **In-depth understanding of AWS & Azure**
