**Job Title: Telesales Executive**

We are looking for a **Telesales Executive** to manage both incoming and outgoing calls. This role focuses on engaging with interested customers, providing accurate information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Calls**: Handling customer inquiries, support requests, and complaints.
- **Outbound Calls**: Making calls for sales, customer surveys, or appointment scheduling.
- **Technical Support**: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for specific products or services.
- **Customer Service**: Offering general support and assistance for a wide range of customer needs.
- **Sales**: Generating leads and closing sales through phone conversations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in **Tamil** and **English**:

- Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle calls efficiently.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
