Whether you’re writing engaging blog posts, persuasive marketing copy, or clear and concise technical documentation, we need your expertise to drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Writing**:

- **SEO Optimization**:
Research keywords and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach and rankings across search engines. You’ll understand how to balance creativity with SEO to create content that ranks and drives traffic.
- **Copywriting for Marketing Campaigns**:
Develop persuasive copy for ads, sales pages, product descriptions, and other marketing materials. Your goal will be to inspire action, whether it's signing up for a newsletter, purchasing a product, or sharing a post.
- **Content Strategy Collaboration**:
Work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to understand the content needs and brand voice. Help develop content strategies that align with our business goals, audience needs, and marketing efforts.
- **Research & Storytelling**:
Conduct thorough research to ensure your content is accurate, informative, and relevant. You'll craft compelling stories and narratives that resonate with our audience, making complex topics more accessible and engaging.
- **Edit & Revise**:
Proofread and edit your work to ensure it’s error-free, well-structured, and easy to read. Collaborate with the team to refine content before it’s published or distributed.
- **Ad Hoc Writing Tasks**:
Occasionally, you’ll take on other writing tasks, such as drafting internal reports, creating customer-facing documentation, or scripting for videos.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- **Proven Writing Skills**:
Strong portfolio of writing samples that showcase your versatility in different content formats (blogs, landing pages, social media posts, etc.).
- **SEO Expertise**:
Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools (like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs), and the ability to optimize content for both readers and search engines.
- **Attention to Detail**:
Excellent editing and proofreading skills with the ability to catch errors, ensure clarity, and enhance readability.
- **Creative & Strategic Thinker**:
Ability to adapt your writing style to different audiences and platforms. You understand the importance of balancing creativity with strategy and business goals.
- **Adaptability**:
Comfortable writing in various tones and styles, from casual blog posts to professional whitepapers, all while maintaining the brand’s voice.
- **Collaboration Skills**:
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, design, and operations to understand content needs and deliver on projects effectively.
- **Time Management**:
Ability to juggle multiple writing projects at once and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

**Nice to Have**:

- **Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)**:
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Notion, or similar tools to create and manage content.
- **Basic Graphic Design Skills**:
Experience creating simple graphics or knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to complement written content.
- **Technical Writing**:
Ability to produce clear, concise technical documents, user manuals, or SOPs is a plus.
