**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally.
- Demonstrate laptop features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models.
- Explain promotions, EMI options, and warranty details.
- Maintain product displays and ensure all demo units are working.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide post-sales assistance and coordinate with support teams.
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma / Graduate.
- **Experience**: Fresher or 1-2 years in retail electronics or IT product sales preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge (brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
- Basic technical understanding of laptops and accessories
- Customer service orientation

**Additional Info**:
