**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct online mathematics classes for students in the global, tailoring lessons to meet individual student needs.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, exercises, and activities that make learning math enjoyable and effective.
- Offer constructive feedback, assess student progress, and adjust teaching methods to address specific learning challenges.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment to encourage students to excel.
- Maintain open communication with students and parents to address concerns and share progress reports.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in mathematics curriculum to continually enhance teaching methods.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine your tutoring skills.

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in mathematics and a genuine passion for teaching.
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, education, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in an online setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex mathematical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability to cater to various learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, conducive teaching environment.
- Excellence in English is our top priority.

**Job Types**: Freelance, Part-time
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
