As a tutor, you’ll deliver engaging tutoring sessions using audio/video and chat formats, develop lesson plans, and assist students at theElementary, Middle School, and High Schoollevels. This is a remote, flexible role with a focus on effective communication and personalized teaching methods.Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactiveaudio/videoandchat-based tutoringsessions. Create lesson plans and assessments tailored to each student’s needs. Help students understand mathematical concepts clearly. Adapt teaching methods based on the student’s learning style. Offer problem-solving strategies and reinforce mathematical concepts.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbalcommunication skillsin English. Proficiency inMathematics(Elementary to High School levels). Ability to design structured lesson plans and assessments. Comfort with online tutoring platforms and technology. Prior teaching/tutoring experienceis an advantage.Selection Process: Online Test– Minimum passing score: 70%. Skype Interview– To evaluate communication skills and teaching approach.
