**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities in areas such as literacy, numeracy, arts, and motor skills.
- Introduce foundational concepts through play-based and hands-on learning.
- Incorporate storytelling, music, and movement to enhance learning experiences.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage positive behaviors and ensure children follow classroom rules.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety.
- **Child Development Support**:

- Observe and assess children’s progress in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Provide individualized attention to support children’s unique needs and abilities.
- Communicate developmental milestones and concerns to parents/guardians.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Maintain open and regular communication with parents through meetings, newsletters, or progress reports.
- Address parental concerns and provide updates on classroom activities and events.
- **Classroom Organization**:

- Prepare and maintain a clean and organized classroom with age-appropriate materials and resources.
- Rotate educational materials to keep children engaged and challenged.
- Ensure toys and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and other preschool teachers.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum planning sessions.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for children.
- Adhere to school policies and guidelines, including those related to child protection and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
