**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement enterprise architecture vision and strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions and Systems architects.
- Ensure the effective seamless integration of systems and processes across markets, businesses and technology platforms.
- Collaborate with the Cigna Group level architecture teams to constant alignment of enterprise standards between International Health and the Group level.
- Proactively evaluate and manage the adoption of new technologies, tools and frameworks, as appropriate, based on the organizational needs and direction.
- Facilitate agile transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on SAFe methodology.
- Manage and engage with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, COOs, and CIOs, to drive strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the design and implementation of architecture governance frameworks.
- Design and develop reference architecture and associated framework/technical services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address architectural challenges and opportunities.
- Travel to global offices as required to support and guide local teams.
- Manages the Cigna IH Architecture Community of Practice: define and manage career path, hiring standards, performance expectation and continuous improvement of the function.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in all of Application, Development and Operations architecture areas.
- Strong understanding of data governance, digital transformation, and integration architecture prevalent in Health Insurance industry.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire senior architects and technical teams.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to executive level technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
